Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated legal professional to join our international consulting network as a Partner – Company Formation Lawyer in Portugal. This prestigious role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a global advisory team, providing comprehensive legal services related to company incorporation, regulatory compliance, and cross-border business structuring. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional legal expertise, a client-focused mindset, and a deep understanding of corporate and commercial law within the Portuguese jurisdiction.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise international and domestic clients on the legal aspects of company formation in Portugal, including choice of legal entity, registration procedures, and tax implications.
  • Prepare, review, and file all necessary legal documentation related to company incorporation, including Articles of Association, shareholder agreements, and regulatory filings.
  • Provide legal counsel on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and ongoing statutory obligations for Portuguese entities.
  • Assist clients with obtaining necessary licenses, tax numbers (NIF), and local representation in compliance with Portuguese law.
  • Liaise with government authorities, notaries, and registries to facilitate the efficient formation and legal setup of companies.
  • Stay up to date with legislative changes and maintain compliance knowledge within corporate and commercial law in Portugal.
  • Collaborate with our international legal and consulting teams on cross-border matters and provide jurisdiction-specific insights.

Qualifications:

  • Law degree from a recognized institution and admission to practice law in Portugal.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate/commercial law, with a specialization in company formation and business setup services.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Portuguese legal and tax systems as they relate to business entities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both independently and in collaboration with global partners.

1. Age: 20 years to 35 years

2. Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent) + 6 months experience.

3. Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)

4. Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.

5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English

6. Shifts: 24*7 Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)

Salary: As per Market Standards

Note: Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from the office.
Experience: Any Under Grad + 6  months experience  or Graduate Freshers can apply.

Job Profile:

1. International Voice (Hospitality)

  • Responsibility: Provide Customer Service to International Customers
  • Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
  • Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
  • Working Days: 5 days working
  • Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
  • Transport:  Nodal Pick up and Drop ,Home Pickup and Home Drop As per Shift Timings
  • Rounds of Interview: ,HR, MAKI Assessment, Voice and Accent,  Operations Round.

All Interviews will happen over telephonic or on Teams
